Stories and Projects
Original creations by me, or larger projects I'm apart of from other artists and writers.

The Dragons From 26th Street
A world of shadows, violent storms and monsters has leak into a Midwest town. Local rejects who've been wanting to leave their home county behind, discover the thinning veil has opened a gateway, inviting both monsters of shadow, and beasts of magic.
From the other side are dragons who are subdued and lost from home, caught between wishes and the fear of the choices they'll make. Hex, a dragon and the daughter of a self-appointed king, only hopes she can escape the collision of worlds to avoid catastrophe....
Before it's too late...

Previously named "What the Dr*gon," The Dragons From 26th Street is a long-worked on story that has been the outlet for all I've learned about storytelling, and it is a story about recovery. It is the furthest along in progress and is the story I intend to bring to life first as a graphic novel and/or webcomic.

THE FLOWERS IN THE FIRE
As a fantastical world I've thought about since I was little, The Flowers in the Fire is the story of an artist whose oldest friend is a dragon, and the adventure they go on when the World of Man goes to war with the World of Magic.

Currently, this project is simply in the conceptual stage, with a lot of its current work put into world building, designs and locations. "The Realm of Drakaneal" (meaning dragon beauty) is planned to become its own site in the future. It will host lore and artwork about its kingdoms, ecosystems, fauna, politics, legends, fables, magic system and, of course, its dragons. All of its world building is planned to be free/open to interact with.

"One year ago, Tez failed. This time around, he won’t.
Life after joining a faux-traveling circus should be easy. To Tez, it’s just an entire year spent stewing in his failure. After discovering the body of a murdered council member, a bounty for finding the dragon that killed them gives Tez a second chance. Soon realizing he’s in way over his head, Tez is forced to flee into a world plagued with war and rebellion. With Dreolia’s oppressive claws tightening each day on Bruatho, is any place safe?
Pushed away from his group because of his troubled past and mistrust, Tez has to decide if revenge is worth losing the country and dragons he cares about. But if he can’t get his budding magic under control, will his decision even matter?"
